As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my role is to support and guide you on your journey to determine what it is that you want to achieve, and to make your goals and intentions become a reality.

In our work together, I will help you identify and achieve the lifestyle that works for you.

As your Health Coach, I will listen attentively and be attuned to your needs and circumstances; together we will find the right path through the world of conflicting wellness advice, for nutrition, exercise, and all of the other areas that comprise health.

I will not dictate a diet or any other lifestyle habit; together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others, and we’ll strategically use that feedback to create the lifestyle that best suits you.

We’ll navigate the different diets out there, we’ll get in tune with how you feel about your relationships (with others and with yourself), we’ll take a look at your career and assess whether you are happy and on the right track. We’ll also take a look at your cravings (they are actually telling you something!), and we’ll explore other areas of your life, so that you feel good in your body, mind and soul.

We’ll explore and find what truly serves you and leave the rest.

Together we will:

• Dedicate time to answer the questions:

Who do I want to be? Where am I right now and how do I get to where I want to be?

• Create a plan

• Look at what your mind and body need most

• Set your goals and work toward achieving and sustaining them

You will get:

• Two one-hour sessions per month

• Email, text and phone support between sessions

• Simple, healthy recipes, and cookbooks with recipes you will enjoy

• Handouts specific to your plans and needs

• Little gifts that make your journey that much more fun, from colorful pens for journaling, to a cheerful binder to help you keep your wellness information organized.

As a bonus, you also get:

• A supermarket tour where you will learn which foods are really the healthiest and which ones you may want to avoid. We’ll take a look at the ingredients listed on products’ packaging and you’ll learn what you should be on the lookout for when deciding what to buy.

• A fridge and pantry makeover where I take a look at what you have at home and advise you on which items to keep and which items to buy instead on your next shopping trip.
