      <image:caption>The traditional approach in the field of nutrition is often to give clients a group of foods to avoid and other foods that must be substituted, and that can create a feeling of lack - a sense of deprivation. I use a different approach – I encourage you to eat and drink foods that are good for you, and over time your attachment to unhealthy foods will wane, along with the room you have for them in your diet and your life. We will crowd unhealthy foods out of your diet! Although this will take some practice, I will support you throughout this process.</image:caption>
